The purpose of this study was to identify aspects of clinical social workers´ decision-making with older adult clients receiving home health services that have unmet psychosocial and/or physical needs (N = 249). This study examines clinical social workers´ decision-making indirectly through outcomes, patterns, and processes of clinical social workers´ referrals for services to older adult clients.
