Clonidine is one of the most valuable additive in anesthesia practice. Its unique pharmacology and versality increase the value. This text provides the detailed pharmacology of clonidine and its application in epidural anesthesia. Through a research work here we have compared clonidine in two different doses in epidural anesthesia. The results were interesting and are valualble for all those who are planning to work on clonidine. There are many paramentera in our study which had not been studied yet. These parameters can be opted for theis or research work. In short it is a must boy for anesthesia practiceners or students who use clonidine in anesthesia practice.
