Have you ever seen a child experiencing extreme breathlessness ,cough and wheezing ,feequent emergency room visits and nebulizations? .This is a research study conducted on kids diagnosed with bronchiolitis and use of montelukast ,that not only shortens hospital stay during acute illness but also prevents further attacks of a wheezy chest . This research will clarify the pathogenesis of a wheezy chest in young children and how to control it with further reduction in asthamatic attacks also . It was conducted in a hospital setting and outlines the etiology ,risk factors and symptoms of bronchiolitis in detail with managment options available worldwide .
