Ergonomics intervention is necessary to prevent and minimize Work-related low back pain . Primary prevention involves preemployment or preplacement examination of workers, training workers for safe and effective performance of job tasks, job modification, and employee fitness. Secondary prevention strategies aim to identify those with mild or recurrent LBP who are at a high risk for low back disability and to intervene appropriately and early enough to change the predicted outcomes. Tertiary prevention includes rehabilitation strategies to minimize the consequences of Low Back Pain, reduce the duration of chronicicty, restore function and return people to work
