The work analyzes the functional and biomechanical hip impairments, in order to elaborate individualized therapeutic programs, by taking into account the residual function of patients with THA. Furthermore, the material presents different ways of analyzing the residual function of these patients; in this sense, an essential element is static stabilometry, depending on which individualized recovery programs can be elaborated. The work also includes functional re-education and recovery principles based on GPS400 stabilometric platform. These aspects contribute to the improvement and development of recovery programs for people with lower limb endoprosthesis; the method featured is an essential element within these recovery protocols.
