Hypospadias is a common congenital genital abnormality. Brief review of this anomaly is presented in a this book. The surgery once complicated can lead to cripple hypospadias and difficult to treat problem. In literature large number of procedures are described to have an operation available to decrease the complication rate. To understanding the anatomy and principles of tissue handling and surgery is important to cope with this problem.
