This book contains the information about the study conducted in a tertiary care hospital related to patient satisfaction in out patient department. This study was conducted on 250 samples,for a period of 2 years for academic purpose. Study was limited to only few OPD´s, as time constraint other OPD´s were excluded, data was analysed using SPSS software under he guidance of Dr. Gowri Faculty of Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
